Software:

    Sale of Software is subject to Vendor warranties including money-back guarantees.  Amicus products, PCLaw, TimeMatters, HotDocs and QuickBooks (hereinafter referred to individually as “Developer” and collectively as “Developers”) each come with a money-back guarantee directly from the Developers.  Amicus products, PCLaw , TimeMatters and HotDocs each come with a 30-day money-back guarantee and there are absolutely no Software returns after 30 calendar days, or upon registering/licensing your Software, whichever comes first.  QuickBooks comes with a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee.  Services, once performed, are non-refundable.

All other Software and Hardware refer to manufacturers warranties.
