Executive Office Solutions, Inc. founded in
1996, is a business consulting firm specializing in office
automation including software applications, accounting, and
workflow. We recommend, install, support, and offer training
on computer hardware and software for small to medium size
businesses. We are Certified Consultants for Gavel & Gown's Amicus
Attorney® and Amicus Accounting®, Premier Certified Independent
Consultants for LexisNexis' PCLawTM, HotDocsTM, TimeMattersTM, and
Total Practice Advantage®, and Advanced Certified Pro Advisors for
QuickBooks®. We support all phases of these products
from purchase to implementation and end-user support.
Our entire goal is to give you more time to

business. For example, one of our very first clients was experiencing
cash flow difficulties because she was too busy servicing her
clients to bill her clients in a timely fashion. After we
developed a system to expedite her billing process,
checks began to arrive in the mail regularly. Her cash flow
difficulties vanished, and she was able to focus her attention on
making her business grow.
If a customer has already purchased software,
we can assist with the installation process. If they have purchased
and installed the software, we are able to help by configuring and
customizing the software to properly fit their particular needs.
After the installation and customization, we provide ongoing support
services on an as-needed basis.
We service our clients on-site, over the
telephone, and via the Internet. By connecting remotely to our
customers' computers, we can see exactly what is on their screen at
the same time they do. This provides us with the ability to
troubleshoot issues and offer training regardless of whether a
client is in Northeast Ohio or located out-of-state.
We are licensed to teach by the Sate of Ohio
and instruct at Polaris Career Center in Middleburg Heights,
Cuyahoga Valley Career Center in Brecksville, and Cuyahoga
Community College Metro Campus. Most of our training is done at a
client's location to minimize downtime for their staff. We provide
training either one-on-one or by utilizing a portable
classroom complete with a laptop for each student.
As small business owners ourselves, we
understand the needs of the small business community. We never
recommend hardware or software just to make a sale. We only
recommend solutions that will prove to be cost-effective for our
clients and to help simplify the day-to-day operation of their
company.
